Terms of service
These terms of delivery are valid indefinitely from 22 September 2021.
Vinta.fi online store
The online store's products are sold by the trade name VintaOur store and workspace are located in Katajanokka, Helsinki, at Luotsikatu 5, 00160 Helsinki.
We sell personalized home decor products and embroidery services for adults. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details requested during the order process are used solely for order delivery or to resolve any issues related to the order, unless otherwise specified. By placing an order through the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms of delivery.
Delivery time
Every product is made to order for the customer. For this reason, the delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed.
Return and Exchange Policy for Our Products
All our products are customized and made to order, so they are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a significant quality defect. Spelling errors or other incorrect information in identified products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees. You can view the shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in your shopping cart. We deliver orders by mail either as letter shipments or, for larger orders, as parcel freight to the nearest post office. Orders over €80 are delivered free of charge within Finland.
Problems
Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages may become damaged during postal transport. If the package has been damaged in transit and the ordered product(s) are also damaged, please file a damage report with the shipping company immediately. After that, contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of a replacement product.
If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged, or similar, the consumer must notify Vinta's customer service no later than 14 days after receipt.
