Terms of service
General
Vinta sells products to consumers and business customers (’’Customer or ’’You’’) all around the world. These terms and conditions for online purchases (’’Terms’’) apply between Vinta and Customer to purchases of Vinta products made at Vinta-shop.
Ordering
By placing an order You confirm to purchase the selected products. Vinta will send You the order confirmation without unnecessary delay. In the event that an item of product You have ordered is unavailable, we will let You know as soon as we can and, where payment has already been made, make a refund without undue delay.
Prices and shipping
All prices at Vinta-shop are given in EUR. The prices given on the Vinta-shop on the date the order is placed shall apply. The stated prices are final prices and include any applicable delivery charge and value added tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit card and payment through Stripe. We may provide more payment methods in the Vinta-shop. You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions. Vinta will send invoices solely in electronic form.
Vouchers and their redemption
Promotional and gift vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by Vinta during specific situations such as advertising campaigns or in connection with events. Promotional vouchers are in force for a limited time period and they can be redeemed in connection with an order.
Order cancellation and returns
Business Customers. Business Customers do not have the right to cancel orders.
Consumer Customers. A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.
Complaints
You can make a complaint directly to Vinta at miia@vinta.fi. Vinta applies for consumer Customers the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) regarding the transfer of liability, error reporting and penalties for delay and error.
Governing Law and disputes
These Terms and any disputes between Vinta and You are governed by Finnish law. Consumer Customers can take disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board after the consumer Customer has contacted Consumer Advice. Contact information:

The consumer Customer can also initiate a dispute through the Online Dispute Resolution Forum (ODR) (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). When dealing with the ODR forum, You need Vinta's customer service e-mail address miia@vinta.fi
The Customer may file an action against Vinta for dispute either in the district court of the domicile of Vinta or in the district court of the place in Finland in whose jurisdiction he or she resides. If the Customer is not domiciled in Finland or if the Customer is a business, disputes will be handled in the district court of the domicile of Vinta.
