Our Product Exchange and Return Policy
All our products are personalized and made to order, therefore they are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a significant quality defect. Typographical errors or other incorrect information on personalized products are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees. You can view the shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in your shopping cart. We ship orders by mail either as letter post or, for larger orders, as parcel freight to the nearest post office. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge within Finland.
Issues and Problems
Occasionally, despite careful packaging, packages may be damaged during postal transport. If the package has been damaged in transit and the ordered product(s) are also damaged, please file a damage report with the carrier immediately. After that, contact our customer service to arrange for a replacement product to be sent.
If the consumer has received the wrong product, a damaged product, or similar, the consumer must notify Vinta's customer service no later than 14 days after receipt.
