About the company
My studio has two professional-grade, 15-needle RICOMA RCM embroidery machines. Their maximum embroidery area is up to 350x500mm.
Additionally, the studio has a Roland vinyl cutter and a press for printing.
All ordered products are made from digitization onwards at Vinta's own studio! The studio sells T-shirts, hoodies, and various home textiles suitable for embroidery.
The embroidery software used is DRAWings XI. I do the digitizing myself and offer digitizing services and embroidery training to companies and educational institutions.
I have been teaching part-time at Stadin Ammattiopisto since 2023, focusing on the use and maintenance of Tajima embroidery machines, as well as the use of the Drawings XII software.
If your company needs embroidery training, please contact us by email at miia@vinta.fi or call 044-0565575
Embroidery, also known as machine embroidery
Embroidery, or machine embroidery, refers to a pattern created with stitches using a (specialized sewing) machine.
Before the machine can embroider a pattern onto fabric, it must be digitized. Digitizing is the process of converting the design into a format that the embroidery machine can read. This is done on a computer, and the file is saved in the format required by the embroidery machine.
What is it suitable for?
Embroidery is a stylish and durable way to personalize a product. Embroidery can be done on materials that are not suitable for printing, such as towels, jackets, beanies, and caps.
The embroidered logo is durable and long-lasting, as unlike prints, for example, it does not wear off in the wash. The embroidered garment can also be safely ironed.
Material
Mainly, the logo material must be vectorized PDF, SVG, or AI. A JPG or PNG file is also acceptable, but the image resolution must be at least 300 dpi. If you are unsure about your file type, you can always send the logo to us for review. If needed, we can convert your logo into an embroidery-ready format for an additional fee.
Our embroidery software includes dozens of fonts, and you can upload almost any font. If the embroidery is text-based, you can specify your preferred font to us.
